These thick, triangular oatcakes, have been baked to a traditional recipe for over 130 years. They remain extremely popular. They are handmade at the Skibhoul Bakery, the UK's most northerly bakery, which has been baking on Unst for over 130 years.
These oatcakes contain wheat and gluten. ‘Best before’ date is 9 months from baking. Each pack contains 6 oatcakes.
